2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order.
2.2 By clicking on the [order] button the customer transmits a binding order for the products listed on the order page.
2.3 The order shall be confirmed by e-mail immediately after receipt. The contract of sale shall only come into force if the seller confirms the dispatch of the goods by e-mail (order confirmation or dispatch confirmation) or at the latest by delivery of the goods.
2.4 In the case of advance payment, the purchase contract shall come into force with the confirmation of receipt of payment by the seller.

3.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the ordered products to the sender within 365 days after receipt of the goods, provided that the product is not consumed beyond 10% of its original content. We take care to pack our products well so that they arrive in perfect condition. 3.2 The exercise of the right of return by the customer shall result in a liquidation relationship, whereby the services received under the sales contract are to be returned by and to each party. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
3.3 The purchase price shall be refunded to the customer upon receipt of the goods within 10 days.
Naturalpes SAS reserves the right to deduct from the purchase price to be refunded or to charge compensation for any damage, misuse or, in the case of agreement, the cost of shipping the goods. No deduction will be made from the purchase price to be refunded if the loss of value was caused by a manipulation necessary to establish the type, condition and functioning of the goods. Naturalpes SAS may refuse to refund until the return of the goods has been received or until the customer has provided proof of the return, whichever is earlier.
3.4 The right of return is excluded for the following products: All products not stamped Naturalpes are not refundable but exchangeable if the product received is defective.
4.1 The prices indicated on the product page include the statutory value added tax (VAT) and other price components and are quoted in euros (EUR).
4.2 In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may be charged depending on the delivery address, quantity and type of goods. The exact amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer during the ordering process. For deliveries within Europe, no additional costs will be charged.
5.1 Deliveries are made throughout the world except in Switzerland.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.
5.3 If all the products ordered are not available, Naturalpes SAS can make a partial delivery. In case of partial delivery, no additional costs will be charged to the customer.
5.4 If the shipment of the goods fails due to the customer's fault after three attempts, Naturalpes SAS is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.

6.2 For payments by credit or debit card, the customer's account will be debited at the time the order is confirmed, unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Offsetting against unrecognised or unjustified claims of the customer is excluded.
6.4 The customer may only exercise a right of retention if the claims are based on the same contract.
Naturalpes SAS remains the owner of the goods until full payment is made. Before the transfer of ownership, pledging, assignment as security, transformation or modifications are not allowed without the agreement of Naturalpes SAS.
8.1 Naturalpes SAS offers a guarantee for the repair of defects. The seller has the choice to repair the delivered goods (repair of defects) or to deliver goods free of defects in replacement of the defective goods (replacement delivery).
8.2 If the repair fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to minor defects. The customer's right to a price reduction is excluded.
Naturalpes SAS excludes all liability for breaches of contract due to slight negligence. The seller is also not liable for breaches of contract committed by auxiliaries and sub-agents.

Should a legal provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Business be in conflict with the applicable laws, the validity of the contract and the rest of its provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the conflicting provision, the valid legal provisions shall apply.
